Fall 2014

Fall 2014 has ended and boy was it a tough semester. My butt was really kicked the last few months but I have learned a lot as well.

From Ani 117A, Vis Dev

We did illustrations based on Jon Steinbeck's The Pearl

For Ani 114, Animation

The final was to animate a flour sack pantomime. This one is without the background, since with it It's kind of hard to see the sack. Haha.

Onward to winter break, filled with more drawings and vis dev. HOOOO!!!

Wee Hopes

Hey all!

So I got a chance to participate in a gallery auction to help build a library in Ethipia!

The theme was "A moment from your favorite book"

I did a piece from "Harry Potter and the Order of the Phoenix."

Rooting for Gryffindor

It was a little rushed, but I really like how it turned out!

Getting back into it, along with the summer sketchbook. This was pretty much from imagination, with a little bit of inspiration.

Spring 2014

So Soring 2014 has run its course, and boy I gotta say it was probably the most fun I've here at SJSU.

I took two therater classes which fueled my interest in acting, as I really just have fun doing it.

And while I only took one ANI class, it was still a lot of fun.

Here's my final model of Link.

Here's to next semester!! WOOO!!!

Big News!

So guess what?

I passed the Portfolio Review!!!! GAAAAHHH!! Now I can move on to the second part of the process to enter in the BFA Animation/Illustation program.

I do sincerely give thanks to Peter Le and Justin Ho for just dropkicking my behind throughout the entire semester. Also I want to give thanks for everyone who has encouraged and supported me nonetheless.

I'm super ecstatic for what's in store for me in the next coming months, and I really just can't wait to take part in it.

---

Here's a work in progress of a model of Link from The Legend of Zelda: Twilight Princess I'm working on for my Intermediate 3D Modeling class.

I should have been farther along, but my original version was getting extremely messy, so I decided to take a few steps back. It really has helped me move forward in the model actually, which will give me a better product.

Looking forward to see the final version.

Portfolio Mk. III Ver. 2.4

Alright, another pass at my portfolio for the Animation/Illustration porfolio review. There are some other things that I'm working on as well that aren't on here, but in due time...

I still need to rescan some of the figures, and do more figures!!!

REGULARDRAWING

I forget how much fun and liberating just regular drawing can be where I can just do whatever I want.

Filling up a sketchbook with just ideations and designs is something I enjoy when looking at sketchbooks, and it's something I want to do more.

Just looking through his sketchbook, it just shows that all he's doing is just putting lines on paper.

Head Model

So in 130A we are making a model of our own head. Here are some screenshots of what I have so far.

Does it look like me?
