Finals......

My finals for my art classes have been completed.

For Ani 51b, 3D Animation

My Final Reel

The song at the end is from Family Guy's Season 3 episode

"Family Guy Viewer Mail #1, No Bones about It"

For Ani 113b, Illustration

A Hero Tree, Day and Night

Even though I had a slow start and started over a couple of times, I did learn a lot from doing so. With 3D animation, I ended enjoying it more than I thought I would.

In the end, I've improved a lot this semester and I just have to keep making longer strides.

Only one more to go!

Mid-Program Review Possibilities

Here are some pieces I'm thinking about putting for the Mid-Program Portfolio Review. I definitely have a lot more things as well but I just haven't scanned them in yet. I will add those later. I don't have a layout for it yet, but in due time!

The Color Still Life is still a Work in Progress, although I'm not sure whether I should put that in or the Black and White one.

Any critiques would most appreciated!

Day 7 and Another

Day 7: Draw your family or a family member

I drew my younger sister, Angie, who's super epic at basketball as she is at volleyball.

Here's a painting I did at the Japanese Friendship Garden a week or two ago.

Gouache - 1hr?

Day 6

Day 6 is "Something you've never drawn before"

......and I have never actually sat down and drew a Kangaroo, from life or otherwise.

Ballpoint pen and Watercolor (from photo)

....and two quick sketches I dubbed Tertle and Lyon.

SP 2 and 3, Day 5

Speed paintings 2 and 3. Both were 30 minutes. I probably should've done a simpler photo than the snow gear one...

Day 5: Favorite outfit.

When it's cold weather (like it is nowadays), I like wearing a hoodie with a jacket over it, a scarf and nice jeans.
