SC #1

Just finished a screencap so I thought I'd post it. It was really fun to do and quick too.

From Star Trek (2009)

Did this one in about  30 minutes.

Be prepared for another one later today!

USB and Another Prop

A still life study done in photoshop of my usb drive I did yesterday.

It took me about 2 hours?

I did another prop today as well. This time it's the SP License from Tokusou Sentai Dekaranger. It was about the same size as my previous prop.

I thought it was going to be easy but it turned out to be a bit harder than I thought.

The painting with the prop above.

One of these...

Finally got around to painting!

Started off with something small and simple, so I did the Shishi Origami in Emblem Mode from Samurai Sentai Shinkenger.

(Look that up if you're curious haha)

The prop was super small but I was able to manage.

The painting done in acrylic.

And for a size comparison...

I should have started sooner but it's still early in the summer, so I hope to go out and do some plein airs and some still lifes too, traditional and digital!

Finals......

My finals for my art classes have been completed.

For Ani 51b, 3D Animation

My Final Reel

The song at the end is from Family Guy's Season 3 episode
"Family Guy Viewer Mail #1, No Bones about It"

For Ani 113b, Illustration

A Hero Tree, Day and Night

Even though I had a slow start and started over a couple of times, I did learn a lot from doing so. With 3D animation, I ended enjoying it more than I thought I would.

In the end, I've improved a lot this semester and I just have to keep making longer strides.

Only one more to go!

Mid-Program Review Possibilities

Here are some pieces I'm thinking about putting for the Mid-Program Portfolio Review. I definitely have a lot more things as well but I just haven't scanned them in yet. I will add those later. I don't have a layout for it yet, but in due time!

The Color Still Life is still a Work in Progress, although I'm not sure whether I should put that in or the Black and White one.

Any critiques would most appreciated!
